DAILY QUR’ANIC SCHOOL
(Boys & Girls Ages 5-18) Weekdays 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
The Glorious Qur’an is a source of guidance for us Muslims and our Holy Book. Therefore, it is necessary for us, and on obligation on us, to teach our children how to read the Qur’an properly so that they may be informed and good Muslim brothers and sisters Insha’Allah. Our daily Qur’anic schools teaches your children how to properly read the Qur’an with trained and qualified teachers that have experience.

FULL TIME HIFZ PROGRAM
Weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Muslim Center of New York is one of the pioneer institutions in New York City to offer a full-time Hifz Program for boys, ages 7-13. Classes are held from Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM-5:00PM. One of the best deeds a Muslim can perform in this dunya is to memorize the Qur’an. Al-Qur’an al-Kareem is the sacred book of Allah and has been preserved in the hearts of believers for over 1400 years. The Prophet (sallahu alaihi wasalam) said: “The best amongst you is the one who learns the Qur’an and teaches it” [Reported by Bukhaaree]. Furthermore, memorizing the entire Qur’an is a means to elevate our level in Jannah, Insha’Allah.
Our full time Hifz school started in 1999. Seventy five boys and one girl have finished their memorization of the entire Qu’ran through our school. Alhamdulillah, the program is current led by Br. Abdelghani Benyahya provides valuable insight on Islamic Manners to the boys in a weekly class. During the class, the boys are allowed to ask questions that they may have increasing their knowledge and answering their insecurities.

Muslim Center is dedicated to providing the facilities and support to give the opportunity to our students to memorize the Quran. Our teachers are investing quality time to meet the needs of every individual child. On the other hand, students are working day and night to achieve this goal.
